Dutch & Habro formulation laboratory
About Us

A global formulation house,
now manufacturing in India

American home base, world-market standards, Indian factory floor. Three decades of consumer-product experience — and a market built one distributor at a time.

Dutch & Habro India is the Indian arm of Dutch & Habro International — a consumer goods group founded in 1993 that manufactures, imports, exports and trades household insecticides, home care products and industrial chemicals. From its home base in the USA the group grew into the GCC, where it keeps its regional office in the UAE, and on to China, Africa and India. Its six brands — Goodbye, Habro, Gardenz, Lovaire, Caesars and Podo — are developed to the standards that lead world markets under ISO 9001 processes, and the company appoints distributors across all 36 Indian states and union territories.
Who We Are

Why India, why now

For years, Indian buyers discovered our products through travel and importers, and kept asking for them at home. So we brought the range to India directly — the same formulations we ship to 20+ markets, now offered at Indian pricing and pack sizes through a proper distributor network.

We are deliberately distribution-first. No direct-to-consumer shortcuts around the trade — our growth model is a protected territory, a fair margin structure and a distributor who makes money. That is what this website exists to start.

What has not changed since 1993 is the promise the group was built on: give a household the means to solve its own problem, and let it Live Free.

Our Range

Six brands, built to
world-market standards

Goodbye, Habro, Gardenz, Lovaire, Caesars and Podo cover pest control, hygiene, air, garden and shoe care — every product developed by our own R&D team and made under ISO 9001 processes. One distributorship carries all six.

Where We Operate

One company,
five markets deep

Dutch & Habro grew outward from its American home base, and every market it entered left something behind in how the company works — American consumer-goods discipline, Gulf-scale distribution, African and Asian field conditions, and now Indian manufacturing.

01

United States

Home base. Dutch & Habro Consumer Products is the founding entity behind the group's consumer goods and home care portfolio.

02

GCC & UAE

The group's regional office, and the market where the range was proved against high-heat, high-humidity pest pressure.

03

China

Part of the group's Asian footprint, supporting the manufacturing and supply side of the portfolio.

04

Africa

Distribution across markets whose climate and pest seasons closely resemble much of India — the formulations were tested there long before they arrived here.

05

India

Manufacturing in Thrissur, Kerala. Indian pack sizes and MRPs, GST-invoiced supply, and a distributor network being appointed state by state.

Vision

An international brand of
quality and reliability

Dutch & Habro started in 1993 to become a world-renowned name in consumer goods. A focus on R&D and a consumer-centric approach built the base; delivering the same quality batch after batch kept it.

The aim has not moved since: to set the highest standards in the category and offer the world affordable, eco-friendly, easy-to-use products — products directed not only at making a consumer's life easy, but at the comfort of the people around them.

Corporate Philosophy

High-quality solutions at
an incredible value

To be a leading global player in consumer goods, offering solutions that benefit consumers and stakeholders alike. R&D concentrates on sustainable, easy-to-use products across categories — which is where the group's edge over larger consumer brands has always come from.

Alongside that sits a corporate duty the group takes seriously: to be socially responsible, and to protect the environment it operates in. Both are business model, not marketing.

Values

Four words we have
worked to since 1993

Not a tradition we recite — the test we apply to a formulation, a pack size, a shipment and a partner.

01

Dynamic

An organisation that keeps moving with consumer needs, and keeps the people who sell for it moving too.

02

Efficient

Efficient solutions and strong R&D behind sustainable products that give something back to the environment they are used in.

03

Vibrant

A lively presence in the consumer world and the corporate one alike — a range that earns its facing on the shelf.

04

Convenient

A brand that stands for convenience for consumers and stakeholders both — products a household uses without calling anyone in.

How We Work

What is different about a D&H partnership?

01

Territory that stays yours

District-level exclusivity written into the agreement — not a handshake that dissolves when a bigger cheque arrives.

02

Six brands, one truck

Pest control, hygiene, air care, garden care, shoe care and rodent solutions load together and sell into the same outlets.

03

Supplied within India

No import paperwork, no port delays, no currency surprises. Stock ships within India with GST invoicing.

04

World-market formulation

The same R&D and ISO 9001 processes that qualify our products for export markets stand behind every Indian batch.
